  1. Adeniyi,

Head pain is something that does need to be diagnosed and treated. It's difficult to help you without more details. No one can diagnose you or suggest treatment online, as only your doctor has the information and the ability to see you personally for more information. That is truly necessary for success in dealing with headache disorders.

The first and probably best thing you can do for yourself is get to a specialist who has great experience in Migraine and headache disorders. Educate yourself in the meantime, and the online articles and posts on Migraine.com are mostly a reliable place to go for current, correct information you can take to your doctor to begin a conversation that may be helpful for you. Remember that you will need lots of patience and support, as this is not a short process. There are not absolute *cures* or treatments that work for everyone. Maximizing your overall health is also a vital part that is too often forgotten and left out. Other health problems (called comorbid conditions) can exacerbate Migraine, even contributing to its chronification, which is something we all want to avoid at all costs.

Please let us know how you're doing, and if there is anything else we can do to help you. Here is a link that can help you get started finding the right doctor who is best equipped to help you: https://migraine.com/blog/looking-for-a-migraine-specialist/
