Tips for vertigo and car travel?

I have a 9 hour car trip coming up on Tuesday, and as I'm preparing, I'm wondering if there's anything else I can do to combat feelings of vertigo and dizziness while in the car. It isn't just the car's motion itself causing it, but it is worse in the car. As far as I can tell, my best bet is to just shoot for the best possible migraine management during our trip (aka be prepared and get in extra self-care this weekend). Keeping my eyes off on the horizon helps if it isn't too bright. Anyone have suggestions for things I can bring/do/implement by Tuesday? Thanks in advance! Hope you're all taking good care of yourselves this holiday season. <3

  1. Hi Carolyn,

The community member comments are helpful as well. I do hope you find the articles helpful and that your drive goes well! Sending lots of good energy your way. Have a lovely day!
