I just had a killer migraine yesterday and was in bed all day. I usually push though but my body wasn’t having it. I always feel so depleted after the bad migraines – like my body is lacking in every nutrient known to man. I was able to eat soup and cereal yesterday – luckily no severe nausea. I wan’t to eat something substantial today, but not sure what. My stomach is still off so the idea of a salad doesn’t sit well with me. I’ve seen a bunch of articles online that tout certain foods as being good for migraines, but they are all foods that I could never tolerate during or after an attack (I doubt the authors have ever had a migraine). What do you eat AFTER your migraine attacks?
