Acupressure Points for Migraine Relief

Acupressure is the practice of pressure points throughout the body that can release blocked energy and physical tension. Along my migraine journey, I’ve discovered a specific pressure point on the web of the hand – known to help alleviate headaches – to be especially helpful in cutting the edge of migraine head pain. It’s quick and easy… and hopefully, you agree that it’s also effective.

How many of you experienced relif through acupressure?

I have tried this numerous times and it never helped. I want to believe that its because I am not doing it right… where exactly should I apply pressure? I am never sure… I know it should be accurate and I wish someone could show me exactly the point where I need to press. I tried different places to no avail…helpful tips anyone?
