Celery juice has received a lot of attention for its health benefits from social media influencers across Instagram. So as a nutrition coach, I received a lot of questions from clients if it’s legit and worth trying.

A nutritionist’s perspective on celery juice

Many people have experienced great results and I believe everyone should follow something if they’re especially drawn to a remedy. My personal perspective on it, however, is that it’s a super expensive and time-intensive trend that isn’t guaranteed to completely transform your health nor is it sustainable. What I will say is that celery in and of itself is beneficial to your health, so try adding the real deal to your next smoothie, salad or soup.
