I’ve been hearing so much about the benefits of dry shampoo, so I decided to give it a try. I received a sample bottle in a gift bag, so it was the perfect opportunity to test it out.

Migraine triggered by the scent of dry shampoo

After a quick body shower, I sprayed my scalp and within minutes I knew I needed to hop back in the shower to wash it off. The aroma was so strong, I knew it would trigger a migraine – or at least a bad headache. Then I discovered there was an easy way to DIY it! Arrowroot powder and a drop of essential oil give the same benefit minus the chemicals and offensive smell!
