Inconsistent Sleep Patterns and Migraine

After years of being very strict with my sleep schedule, I started messing it up royally and discovered something: perhaps sleep disruptions aren’t one of my main triggers these days.

How consistent are you with sleep, and how do you get back in a routine after a sickness, vacation, or late-night commitment mess up your schedule?

    Janet, I find that maintaining a consistent sleep schedule helps with my migraines. Not getting enough sleep, as well as an inconsistent sleep schedule, can trigger migraines.
