Ice on The Go

Little feels as good on a migraine head than a cold ice pack. It feels like instant relief. I always have one in the freezer should I need it. However, when I’m out of the house, I don’t have the luxury of a traveling freezer.

Ice pack relief for migraine

That’s why I started having an instant ice pack on hand. It easily fits in a bag or even in the car and you just activate it when you need it. This can be most helpful if you get a migraine while at work and can take a minute in a breakroom with the ice pack or if you’re traveling and can take a few moments of deep breathing and cool relief.

Do ice packs bring you migraine releif?

I use icepacks for my neck, head and a heating pan on my head. I have lots of ice packs freezing for when I need them. I think I will have my hubby pick up the instant ones for me.

Sometimes ice packs bring me relief. Sometimes they’re too heavy to place on my head. And my husband found this laser thin ones but sadly they still feel like they weigh a full ton on really really bad days.
