A carefree woman with a little black book floating where a brain should be.

How This Black Book Helps My Migraine

This little black book seems like an ordinary notebook… because it is. So how is it helping me to manage migraine?

Stress is a big trigger for my migraine attacks. And the more I have on my mind, the more stressed I become.

Prioritizing my to-do list

Somewhere along the way, I decided to start jotting down anything that crossed my mind that needed to get done. I told myself that once it was in the book, I could forget about it. It was documented so it would get done when it became the priority.

I was so surprised how much it actually worked in reducing my stress, helping me stay organized, and most significantly being yet another piece of the puzzle in managing migraine.
