Stress is a big trigger for my migraine attacks. And the more I have on my mind, the more stressed I become.
Prioritizing my to-do list
Somewhere along the way, I decided to start jotting down anything that crossed my mind that needed to get done. I told myself that once it was in the book, I could forget about it. It was documented so it would get done when it became the priority.
I was so surprised how much it actually worked in reducing my stress, helping me stay organized, and most significantly being yet another piece of the puzzle in managing migraine.
