Three Ways Migraine Prepared Me to Be a Parent

When we think of migraine we often think of the negative aspects: missed work or school days, cancelled plans, doctor bills, lonely days in bed, days in pain trying to push through, etc. In this video, I wanted to explore, though, what migraine has taught me and how I think it makes me a better parent.
