Set Yourself Up For Success… Not Disappointment

A few months ago, my fiancé and I took a road trip up to Lancaster, Pennsylvania to visit the farmer’s markets. I knew there would be endless stands of deliciously homemade food. What I wasn’t certain of was if they would have any allergy-friendly food. (My biggest migraine triggers are gluten, dairy, and nuts.)

Packing migraine-friendly treats

So rather than take a chance, I decided to pack a bag of allergy-friendly treats for me. They’re foods that are “healthy,” but they don’t contain my migraine triggers. This allowed me to feel as though I was enjoying tasty treats on our road trip without getting a migraine. Check out this video to see what I packed in my bag.
