I love my tote bag. It fits everything. So, guess what goes in there – everything! Water bottles, snacks, book, wallet, lotion… the list is endless. As a result, that purse gets pretty heavy and starts pulling on my neck, creating tension and ultimately triggering a migraine.
So, I had to break up with my tote and start using a crossbody bag. That was a game-changer! It forced me to be honest with what I truly needed in my purse and also just by nature of the bag put less stress on my neck.
