Migraine Relief Checklist

As a nutrition coach, I’ve leveraged diet and lifestyle to best manage migraines. Thanks to those efforts I was able to get off two daily medications and drastically reduce my need for rescue medication. That said, I’m certainly not immune to migraines.

Checking my migraine triggers

When one starts to creep back up, I immediately run through my migraine relief checklist to see if I’ve slipped in any area.

  1. Quality sleep
  2. Consistent exercise
  3. Avoiding alcohol
  4. Proper hydration
  5. Regular supplements

The checklist may vary for each person, but it’s helpful to have one so you can help get yourself back on track asap. What’s on your migraine relief checklist?
