About to Try Emgality
Recently I was prescribed Emgality by my headache specialist. I share my experiences below in the video about getting the prescription: how it all came about and my feelings, including hope and some nervousness.
Emgality for migraine prevention
Emgality is the third of the new migraine drugs to come out in its class. It's a CGRP (calcitonin gene-related peptide receptor) antagonist. It is administered as a once a month injection. Below the video, I'll share some more resources on the medication.
More information on CGRP blockers
I’ll definitely keep in touch on how it goes and would love to hear about other’s experiences either trying the medicine or trying to get insurance approval.
