    Hot shower if sinus are congested.
    Cold ice packs if head feels hot.
    Cup of coffee and cups of tea to get caffeine in me.
    Head massage – can get pain level down from 7-8 to 2-3.
    CBD oil under tongue- relaxes me and keeps anxiety down that headache won’t last days.
