60 years of pain

My migraines started at 12 with my period. Over the years they've become chronic and last longer. I have used almost all the meds on the market. My neurologist keeps trying and I keep hoping. I have found 1 med that works and I can only take it 3 times a week. The other days I try to find something else that might work. I've tried thc8. Sometimes it works, but it makes me dizzy. I used to get sick and throw up. Now I get head pain with no warning.

  1. I'm so sorry to hear that your migraines have been starting with seemingly no warning, . As a person who also lives with migraines, I can understand the frustrations with not having time to plan before an attack shifts into full-force.

What is the one medication that you've found useful when treating your migraines? Another potential source of relief is through something like nerve stimulators. They come in a variety of different forms, but the ones I'm most familiar with are Cefaly, Gammacore Sapphire, and Nerivio. Have you ever tried any of these before? While nothing can cure our migraines, they could be a potential source of relief. Here's a link to more info on those as well if you want to read more about it: https://migraine.com/devices.
