Aura Won’t Go Away - 8 Days Now.

Hi, I am new to this forum. I am 38 years old and for the last 8 days, I have had an aura in my lower right eye. It comes and goes, light affects it, making it worse. I’ve had a headache everyday and bad neck ache. Pain killers take the headache away but the aura stays. The aura has not affected my vision, I can still see but when the aura is there I see it swirling and zigzagging in the lower portion of my vision. I’ve had my eyes checked, all was fine apart from a small pale scar patch in my right eye. I am short-sighted and wear glasses, and I’ve noticed a few more floaters in my ear than normal. Has anyone had any experience of ongoing aura? I am so worried that something bad is going on. I am booked to see a neurologist on Monday.
