Choosing the right physical activity

I would like to take advantage of your wisdom.

I feel like my body REALLY need to get stronger but afraid of triggering myself... please share with me what kind of physical activity works for you 😀

    Thank you for that great question! Physical activity can be difficult because it can trigger a migraine attack for some people. Walking, yoga, and swimming to name a few. This article has more information on exercise and migraine;
