Daily headache for over one month...what kind of headache is this??

Hello there, any information would be very much appreciated regarding my symptoms.

Backstory: One month ago I was diagnosed with sinusitis, i had stuffy nose, cough, post nasal drip, headache and dizziness...all that. I was given Augmentine, which made me very nauseous so I took a few pills before I called the doc for a change of medication. He gave me ZIthromax, which cleared up my conjestion. I came back a week later complaining of cough and headache- he gave me doxycicline, and a steroid. While I was on the steroid I did not feel the headache at all, only until I was on the last day of it. Since I finished my meds I STILL have a headache daily.

Symptoms- Constant dull headache about an hour after I wake up and start my day, get to work etc. The pain level at its lowest (when laying down) is 1-2, otherwise through the day it can vary from a 3-5. I would say when it starts, the pain starts from behind my eyes and my forehead, and it can spread to the top of my head (like a pressure feeling). If I move my head side to side it feels like pressure or heaviness...It does not stop me from doing my daily activities, but it makes it harder because it is uncomfortable and annoying. When I start thinking about it I get so depressed and anxious and it ends up feeling worse when I start non stop googling my symptoms. I have been to the ER because of how nervous I was, they did a CT scan of sinus and head, which was clear. The doc said he did not see a reason to do a spinal tap...I have no other symptoms. If anyone experienced anything like this/know a cure please let me know.
