experience with Cefaly for migraine control

I am 3 weeks into a trial of the Headaterm ( CEFALY clone ) for migraine control. This is the little electrical device that attaches to your forehead and is worn for 1 hour daily. So far, it has been quite effective in preventing migraines, lessening the frequency and severity of migraines, also the less serious morning headaches. Not so effective at stopping a migraine once it starts. For that I need Zomig, a nasal spray Triptan.
I will post again after using the Headaterm for 2 months

  1. Great! Thanks so much for sharing your experience. This is the first I've heard about Headaterm, though I am familiar with the other wearables. Did you ever use Cefaly? Just curious about any similarities or differences if you feel like sharing. I wish you continued success with using this as a preventative -- though it's too bad that it doesn't abort an attack once it starts. Take care! -Melissa, team member
