I want to know more about CBD oil

I read all about cbd for migraines and fibromyalgia. I am on permanent disability for my migraines. The migraines can be cluster headaches just bad enough to keep me in bed or never ending thunder claps where I feel like something is exploding in my head. Unfortunately the cbd oil does nothing. It doesn’t even make a dent on the less intense rounds. No help for fibromyalgia pain or the anxiety that surrounds chronic pain.
I consider medical marijuana all the time. My physicians threaten to take away other prescriptions if I do. I know better than to mix medications. I feel like I will be turned away for taking matters in my own hands. Can’t win
