Looking for recommended migraine specialists in US

Hello, everyone! This is my first time posting here. I've been suffering with migraines for about 18 years, but they've gotten much more severe & frequent in the last 10. I'm looking to find someone with a fresh set of eyes. Preferably Nashville, but any recs are welcome! I might be interested in a neuro stimulator implant as, like most of you, have tried everything else. I'd love any suggestions you may have. I currently take Maxalt or Imitrex, follow with Lortab as needed & even Toradol injections. However, lately it's not working. Way too many ER trips...we all know how shaming that is!
My current doc thinks these are mixed migraines-1 in 10,000 he says. So, I'd love any feedback you may have!
