Friends and activities how do you respond?
How do you respond to invitations/get togethers /activities? A friend has invited me to an out door cultural festival but the temperature will be 33 celcius. Although I want to go I don't know what to say about my condition because it's too hot to be outdoors in that temperature. I seem like a flake or boring because I make excuses or cancel at the last minute.
How do people cope in these situations. I've previously said that music festivals and crowds exacerbates my condition.

Also, some meds do make us more sensitive to heat; even if it's not bothering your friends~ You could bring a cooling neck-tie, hat for coverage, mister to rehydrate/cool skin, earplugs to protect your sensitive ears... I guess you'll need to decide if attending this venue and risking a migraine is worth it 😀 Is there any way to investigate online if there's any sort of covered tent area to get relief ? How far of a drive is it going to be for you ? How long will your group be staying ? I know it's no fun to constantly bail on invitations~ For me, I'd rather just decline rather than have to cancel last minute or get sick partway through. Good luck !
