Support Group
Is there an online Support Group for migraines over Zoom or phone? The chronic pain support groups are great but I also feel like I would like to talk with others who can resonate and who would like to focus on solutions, positive options, etc.

Have you checked out their groups before? - Cody (Team Member) Offers various support group series to help you learn coping and migraine management skills. They have groups for different demographics, including young adults and working adults, and meet on different days of the week.
