Wondering why I'm getting so many more auras these days.
Asked my neuro about a yr ago when they started picking up but lately I've had 3 in the last mo., 2 in the past 2 wks. Her reason was getting older.
Hi there @mistress, Thank you for your question. I am so sorry to hear that you have been experiencing an increase in your frequency. As you wait for feedback from the community, I just wanted to share that migraine symptoms, severity and frequency can certainly change over time and with age, but I would encourage you to possibly "press" your current doctor for more information. Additionally, if you do not feel that you were provided with a comprehensive review of your migraine history, current symptoms and/or that your concerns were not appropriately addressed it might be time to seek a second opinion. Hm...that is interesting. I am only 18 and get aura all the time. Pretty much 24/7. I have above average vision, and the doctors don't know what to do. I am sorry, I know how annoying it is.
