Video- Thanks Let Down Migraine…

After a stressful, yet productive, three weeks of travel, I got an aura out of nowhere the day after I flew back home across the country. I was so proud of how much I had taken care of my body and made good choices while I was gone. I did not expect the aura that ruined my day.

Katie, thank you so much, as always, for all the advocating you do for us. I still admire you in a fangirl kind of way and have to remind myself that I actually got to hang out in a dark room with you at the conference and have a heart-to-heart. After our vacation and an Anniversary Gala for my girls’ theatre group I helped plan (which was VERY successful) I had a let-down migraine like nobody’s business. It was the typical push-through-the-important-stuff and then the subsequent relief I think signaled my body to let loose. So glad you at least made it through all your traveling okay 🙂 xoxo

Can’t wait to have another time-out together in the quiet room!

I’m so sorry! I get them all of the time. My youngest son just graduated from high school, made it.through his graduation dinner and was sick as a dog from a letdown migraine and couldn’t go celebrate with his friends or even.have cake with.his family. He spent his time adter graduation in bed in a dark room with pain medicine. I have chronic migraines, my three sisters have them, as well as my three sons. We inherited them from my grandmother. I hope you get relief soon!

Oh cindyd! Sorry that your son’s graduation was ruined by a migraine attack. How frustrating. It sounds like your family has been “blessed” with the migraine gene! (I’m being sarcastic!). At least everyone understands!
