"Woke up in misery again. I have always had migraines but I also have epilepsy and I know they can go hand in hand but my epilepsy has been very much under control for years. I recently (mid november) started having almost daily headaches. Where I used to have 4-5 a month I'm now having 4-5 a week with no clue why. I'm going tomorrow to have some bloodwork done hoping it could shed some light but I'm feeling desperate so I'm replacing my mattress and pillow and doing pretty much everything else I can think of that could help. Anyone else had sudden major changes to migraine patterns? "
