"Bad headache. My problem is that once I get a migraine over 6 on the pain scale, it is hard to eliminate them. I take hot showers in the morning, use ice packs, cold compresses, special sunglasses to eliminate most of the light, stay in a dark room, keep either white noise machine on or watch TV with sound turned down very low. It is the tinitis that keeps the headaches from going away. I drink several cups of hot tea flavored with honey that has CBD infused into it, or one cup of coffee. I have GI issues so I can't use the triptans. I take regular Botox shots, and have just started to use Ublevry for ones that go about 7 on the pain scale. For pain I use safety coated aspirin, gabepentin, and a muscle relaxer called Baclofen. Tamps down the pain, but doesn't seem to get rid of all the rebounding headaches. I also use a massage therapist who does both my head and back for pain once a week. As a last resort, I get an infusion at ER room of a steroid and stronger pain med at ER room, which I can't do now, as I am at great risk for the Covid-19 virus. "
