I have three cups of coffee a day, take allergy med at night. But I do the self injection of Emgality which really is helping.

Yes, Relpax or any Triptan will take the pain away within 1-2 hours. I usually take 1/2 pill since the side effect is it makes me extremely weak and sleepy.

I'm the opposite. Here in pollen-heavy NC, it is my best season, followed by fall, winter. As soon as hits 80 and high humidity, I'm done for.
