  2. "Hi has anyone ever had a migraine when it feels like your inside brain is vibrating , this one is new to me I just wondered if someone else had this ? thanks susan"

    1. Susan, my husband had had a similar feeling during attacks. He says it feels like there is a buzzing, vibrating feeling in his head. It doesn't seem to be any different than any other attack, but it's an odd feeling. We thought it might just be due to muscles spasming, but that's just a guess. If this experience concerns you, I would touch base with your doctor to let them know what you are experiencing. It couldn't hurt to document when it happens. You may find there is a pattern or something that brings on that sensation during an attack cycle. Warmly, Cheryl migraine.com team

    2. Thank you so much for sharing with us! How have your vibrating symptoms been feeling as of late? I hope you've been feeling way better! Wishing you a gentle and symptom-free day ~ Sawyer (migraine.com team)

  3. "i am now in the grips of a barfy migraine since yesterday .. it has been starting with a hit of dizzy then it hits , i hate having to go to bed and haven't been eating properly , i am sitting here hoping and praying i don't have to go to bed ,think it's a losing battle .. is anyone going thru what i am "

    1. I'm so sorry to hear that you have been experiencing an ugly migraine attack. The dizziness that can accompany an attack just makes things feel worse! Are you also experiencing nausea? I know you are not alone here. I've had very similar experiences myself. I understand what it is like to not be eating properly during a migraine cycle. Sometimes you just don't feel like eating or the mere thought of it just gets your stomach-turning. I will usually try to eat something light and bland like saltines and sip on ginger ale or an herbal tea like camomile. I figure at least I'm getting something in me and getting a little hydration. I hope this episode passes soon so you can start feeling better. Warmly, Cheryl migraine.com team

    2. I'm so sorry you're having such a rough time and you are not alone in navigating a barfy tough migraine with dizziness. Are you any better today? I'm right there with you. I've also been dealing with nausea, vomiting, and brain fog. So hard to think straight in the midst of this. And you're right to call it a battle. It does feel as if we're in the trenches, fighting it through. Sometimes the only way to quiet things down is to go to bed. We are in this with you and here for you. Let us know how you're faring. Sending you warmth- Holly (migraine.com team).

    3. Sorry not sure on where to reply ,so hopefully you will get this ,Cheryl . I have vertigo and i think it's what is making me dizzy because I have never had a migraine like this one lasting two days and yes my appetite is bad right now .. I am the barometer girl I haven't been out for almost a month and that is just killing me , i fought Agraphobia for most of my life and finally it went to Anxiety Attacks thank god, so not being able to go out just brings that back ! Three yrs ago I got a migraine that lasted for a yr and 1/2 it was 24/7 thought my life was over then. I am a survivor but this is getting harder , I get up and first thing I do is check the weather and pray for a good day .. Thanks so much for caring and I WILL PRAY FOR YOU ! SUSAN ...

    4. Hi Holly many thanks for caring the Barfy ones are the worse , I am started to think my vertigo might have something to do with mine as I stopped my exercises. The first thing I do is check the weather , I spent a yr and 1/2 in bed three yrs ago migraines 24/7 thought my life was over but I have overcome Agraphobia and am a survivor still have anxiety attacks tho, I haven't been out for a month and its brings back such bad memories ,I hate when I have to go to bed , my friends have become tylenol and gravol ! Sending you Power of Prayer ! not being alone really helps so thanks again... Susan

    5. I also suffer from vertigo and it can be pretty awful. There are a couple of at-home things you can do to help vertigo. I've done the Epley maneuver and there is also a less intense one to try by Carol Foster. You can find how to do them on Youtube by searching either the Epley maneuver or the Carol Foster maneuver. I'm glad to hear you've found a way to help manage your agoraphobia. I can see where being trapped indoors due to an extended migraine cycle could stir those feelings. Just know you are not alone in this. We are here to support you whenever you need it. You are stronger than you know! I'll be praying for you as well Susan. Warmly, Cheryl migraine.com team

    6. The Epley maneuver is wonderful. It's not instant and it's not for everyone, but a few rounds can really make a difference. Thanks for bringing that up, Cheryl! -Melissa, migraine.com team
