Ray Li's Status Updates

"I'm back baby, just like Futurama. December saw me hospitalized due to the most agonizing and debilitating migraine of my life caused most likely by a viral infection and dehydration. Still recovering. Post about it to come soon. "

  1. , so great to have you back from the brink 😉 We look forward to hearing how you navigated your experience. Rest up for now. We'll be waiting 😀 Warmly, Cheryl migraine.com team

  3. @RayLi - welcome back. So glad to have you return after such an awful bout with migraine and sickness. It must have been a rough period for you. How are you feeling now as the New Year starts? Rebecca (comm advc)

  4. Thank you, I hope so too

  5. Thank you. Still dealing with a lot of fatigue, more than what's normal for me

  6. Oh gosh, Ray, that sounds miserable. So many of us were sick in December. I hope you've at least seen some improvement since then. Sending you hugs ... take it day to day! -Melissa, migraine.com team

  7. Yes I am slowly recovering. I hope to get the post up soon, now that my cognitive ability has improved.

  8. Oh my gosh, this sounds like the absolute worst combo one ask for. I hope you've been feeling way better as of late!!! Sending positive vibes your way Ray Li!! Wishing you a gentle and symptom-free day! ~ Sawyer (migraine.com team)

  9. Almost back to my normal, emphasis on my, as what I experience isn't what the average healthy "normal" person experiences.

Thank you for the response back.

  10. , 'Normal' is definitely subjective! I'm happy to hear you feel more like you are accustomed to. I know what Tom and I experienced as normal is more like a distant memory, lol. Our new 'normal' is different, but it works for us 😀. Has your fatigue calmed down? I understand how difficult it is to go through life with constant fatigue dragging you down. Hopefully, the warmer weather will give your spirit a lift. We are already flirting with the 90s! I'm very glad you're here. Warmly, Cheryl migraine.com team

  11. Yes, the fatigue is calming down a bit more. I don't feel so out of it & like I am always struggling to string thoughts together coherently.

Wow, I can't stand 90F weather. In 2021, we were around those temperatures cause the heat dome was on its way. Usually we are around 71.6F in April. I have been googling temperature info because I don't remember the math for going from Celsius to Fahrenheit or vice versa.

  12. , I'm glad your fatigue is calming down. It can be so terrible. I can't remember the calculations for the temperatures either, lol. I ask Alexa! Take care, my friend. Warmly, Cheryl migraine.com team
