Holly Harding

Born and raised in Chapel Hill, NC, Holly majored in dance in college and also played in several bands and toured the country as a singer (you can listen to some of her music here.) She has spent over 20 years working in nonprofit organizations focused on HIV/AIDS, sexual assault, domestic violence, education, migraines, and global health.

Migraines started for Holly at the age of 6 and ramped up in frequency and severity in her 30’s, when the condition sidelined her from her career.

Holly loves nothing more than spending time with her two sons, taking walks with her dog, and volunteering in her community. She is grateful for the opportunity to relate and connect with fellow community members on migraine.com.
