Art of (living with) Migraine
What I have grown to recognize over the years is that having chronic migraines has contributed to the development of art as a central to my life.
As Terry Tempest Williams said, "Art is not optional." It is a strategy for survival. More and more I find that giving full reign to my creative side helps me live with migraine disease.
The Art of (living with) Migraine has to do with balance. I'm walking woman. It helps me feel sane during the toughest of times to set out my door on my own two feet.
