My brain is not working right

I’m getting ready to move to Phoenix for the winter. We’ve decided to keep our home in Montana as our summer home and have the best of both worlds. Plus our boys are in Montana. As I am packing up things to bring to our Arizona home I find myself confused, almost not connected to the tasks I am actually doing, I am emotional as I go about making decisions I’m not even sure I should be making. I’m having a really hard time wrapping my head around what I am actually doing. Has anyone out there had this problem with your migraine brain???

    Hi Nonster,

Thank you for sharing your story with us. Yes! There have been a number of occasions when I’ve felt disconnected and/or second guessing myself about major life decisions. Making a pro and con list seems to help me shift gears and refocus my efforts.

Good luck with your move, please let us know how it goes when you are settled.
