Found relief

My 12-year-old daughter developed a three-month intractable migraine after two years of increasing migraines. She lived in a bed in darkness missing school, her friends, and her life. Our whole family was in complete and bewildered despair.

We had two five-day stays in different hospitals and tried an incredible number of drugs.

At our lowest point we decided to try acupuncture. Our daughter was terrified of needles but became desperate enough to try it. Our neurologist gave us the name of a reliable acupuncturist. This doctor applied the needles, turned on the heat lamp, and left us in darkness for thirty minutes. At the end of the session her pain had dropped three levels.

We have been going ever since and she is migraine-free. I wanted to share this experience with others because I know the desperation migraines can make you feel.
