Has anyone had a similar migraine syndrome ?

5 months ago I was treated for sinusitis with antibiotics, steroids for a month. I took a flight to South America and broke with a life changing Migraine upon landig on the forth leg of the flights.

Hydromorphone was used to knock me out I awoke the next day and had a cat scan on my sinuses and got scoped to visualize them... all normal

It has been 4 months now where I have a persistant headache in my sinuses, ears, jaws teeth and skull. The pain is constant waxing and waining from a 3 to 4 out of 10. I am nauseous 24/7. Dr reccommends Topamax but I am reluctant to try it because of history of problems with other drugs (SSRI).

Acupuncture, Herbs ineffective. OTC stuff worthless

Anybody out there have any light to shed on this ???
