I have suffered migraine for over 60 years. Some time ago I googled migraine triggers and saw yogurt listed. I have been eating so much yogurt so I decided to cut it out of my food list. I went from 3 migraines a week to 1 migraine a week then 1 a fortnight. After a while I cut out all lactose, I now have lactose free milk and cheese and it has made a huge difference. My last migraine was in August (3 months ago) I know everyone is different, but perhaps it may help someone to give it a try.
