Scariest day of my life!

I was 16. I was a late bloomer lol. My periods were just starting. I ended up with a terrible headache and it was so intense, I thought I had a brain anurism! The doctors thought I had spinal meningitis. They put me through so many tests! I was sick, couldn't hold my head up, and in excruciating pain. All the tests came back negative.

Off to the neurologist! After checking me over, he said it was hormonal migraines. Well, 22 years later, I get those twice a month and also anytime I'm under stress. Sometimes I can function but other times, I'm down for the count for days on end.

Every smell bothers me, every noise, every light! I pray someday they find a cure!
