Migraine Explosion
I've had chronic migraines for over 20 years. This morning my cat decided to meow loudly and incessantly at 5 am jolting me out of deep sleep. As soon as I opened my eyes it was like a migraine bomb went off. The pain was excruciating! I've had this happen a few times before when I'm jolted awake and it isn't pretty. Has anyone else experienced this? It's a new phenomenon for me so just curious if others have had similar experiences. And Cornelius sure isn't helping the migraine factor!
