I've suffered from migraines for 45 years. I've been to countless neurologists and headache clinics, not to mention 100's of prescriptions. Sumatriptan seems to help the most.
In 2009, I ran across a study completed in Australia (in 2008) saying they were getting 75% improvement in frequency and severity. At this time, I was waking up 3-5 days a week vomiting from pain, using injections and willing to try anything. I started taking this daily, and within 7 days noticed an improvement in frequency and severity. I thought it was an unexplained coincidence, because it couldn't be this simple, or this cheap. I have now gone an entire week at a time with no headache, and haven't vomited in over 2 years.
When I stopped taking it, it took about 3 months to get back to the severity and frequency I had before. Needless to say, I'm back on it with continuing amazing results. I hope this can help someone else.

petadolex (butterbur root extract) made by Weber & Weber 50 -100 mg petasites hybridus (I used regular Butterbur from the health food store. Petadolex is expensive.)
