It takes Over

You take a break for a moment to clear your head and just in that instant it takes over. You feel it start, creeping, inching, coming forward in your brain. You deny it at first, you ask it to go away, you scream at it in your head but you are no match for it.

Your next move is a judgement call will you require medicine. This one is tricky and takes practice but you think you have it down. You wonder why now at this point you decided to take that break to clear you head - what where you thinking?

Now the second challenge comes in, don't let the anger over take you. You can do it, breathe, positive thoughts, you've done it before, you can do it again.

Don't let it take over......
