My migraine and cyclothymia (bipolar) diagnosis

Hi im a UK member but all the stories are so identifiable for me.. I first had chronic migraine in 2014 and was admitted in to a psychiatric ward and treated for one month. I now see a neurologist every few months. But when they flare up it's so unbearable and lonely. I stay in bed pretty much all of the time and just manage to go pee. Everything else including dietary needs go out the window. On top of this I was diagnosed with a mild bipolar depressive disorder.. it's apparently called 'double depression' in the U.S. The two together seem very common. I am having a break from migraines at the moment. I've no idea why!! But I'm so relieved LOL
