My name is Alta, 51 years old, a teacher in South-Africa.I have been suffering chronic migraines since the age of 7.  I don't want to take preventative medication-because of side effects.  I am using Sumatriptan, which really works(also the injection)  .A few years ago I had the surgical procedures done(twice),  nerve decompression (head face and neck) as well as arterial ligation-which didn't work for me.
