      <p>Hi Donna, <br> This looks like a good group. I have seen supposedly intractable migraines fade in intensity, frequency and duration by way over 50% in so many people I just felt I had to get involved in the migraine relief effort. So many simple tricks can shut down the migraine response in the early stages BEFORE it starts racing away out of control. Craig</p>

   <p>Hello Newby, <br> I&#39;m a physical therapist who works in a headache clinic. I am frequently amazed at what people don&#39;t know about headache relief. There are many acupressure points and muscles that are involved with migraines and should be looked at by a healthcare practitioner. For instance, four of the main muscles involved with headaches, according to research are the sternocleidomastoid, the upper trapezius, the temporalis and suboccipitals.
