It is just not a "Headache"

I have been suffering with migraines for over 30 years. My migraines became intractable 20 years ago. It is very hard for people to understand the suffering that people with Migraines endure because it is something that cannot be seen like a broken arm or a broken leg. It impacts your life and that of your family in dramatic ways. Somehow I (with the help of my husband) managed to raise our wonderful 25 year old son.

I am now 61 years old and continue to struggle each day. To those others out there who suffer too I say just take it one day at time, one 1/2 day at a time. If you need to lay down and rest, do that. Do not be hard on yourself. No one wants to live in pain.

Try to find the best doctor you can to help you. If you can find at least one thing a day to make you laugh, YOU WIN!!!!!
