Treatment Option that works.

To make a long story short. I have had migraines for more than 30 years. Over the years I have discovered and eliminated all the triggers (alcohol, tobacco, heavy dust) and still had headaches.

My wife went on Oxygen for a heart condition last year. The guy who brought out the Oxygen told me to try Oxygen to treat the headaches. I used it the next time I had a headache along with a humidifier (breath steam though the nose) and within an hour the headache was gone. I have repeated the process more than a dozen times with success. Now I just forget the steam and put on a tube of continuous feed Oxygen for an hour and try to take a short nap. In an hour the headache is gone. I have also taken 2 Aleve at the first sign of symptoms which I think helps.

Anyway, give it a try, what do you have to loose. I turned 10-12 hours of suffering into 1 hour of rest. I think getting rid of the triggers though is the most important part of the process. Especially anything dusty (pollens, saw dust, house dust). The nasal passage seems to play a key role in the process.
