Passing it on

I have suffered with migraines ever since I was a teenager. My mother was a strict disciplinarian who did not believe in laying down during the day time. She did believe that every child unless they were dying should be out in the sunlight during the day. Needless to say I had many bad days of being outdoors with a migraine.

My grandson started to have migraines as a child and he was lucky enough to have a mother and grandmother who knew what not to do when he was suffering. Of all the things I could've passed on to my grandchild I would've never picked migraines. Like me he down and out several days a month.

I will tell you I have tried those new Theraspecs when working on the computer and they have worked wonders for me. Passing on something good this time.
