Still Learning About Migraine Triggers
I have been living with migraine for over 15 years now and have only started learning to manage them in the last two.
Migraine and diet
For years I thought everything was a trigger until I eliminated dairy, processed sugar, and gluten. I went from 15-20 days a month with migraine to 5ish days. I am now working on mindfulness to further reduce my attacks.
Trying to live a calmer life is much harder than I thought.
