Do You Dry Brush?

It’s touted to offer a lot of benefits including:
- Exfoliating the skin
- Improving detoxication pathways in the body
- Reducing cellulite

But I recently heard some fellow headache and migraine sufferers getting some relief from the practice. It appears that it’s mostly with addressing tension, and I have to admit I find the practice itself to be relaxing so that in and of itself can help reduce my stress-induced migraine.
With nothing to lose and only benefits to gain, I’m giving it a try. If you’re curious and interested in giving a try as well, here are a few tips on getting started.
