Every migraineur has a different first sign or signal that lets them know an attack is unfolding. From neck pain to hunger pangs, emotional swings to brain fog, there are countless symptoms that kick off migraine attacks for each of us. And a migraine attack is like a runaway train – the more momentum it gains without intervention, the harder it is to stop. Similarly, the quicker we respond, the more likely we are to stop it in its tracks. But, in order to stop an attack, we have to be knowledgeable about our first signals and signs.
